Congratulations to my fiance, Natalie Ariel, on placing 4th in the heavy weight class at the IFBB North American's on September 3rd. She moved up a weight class from last year, weighing in 11lbs heavier than last year. Great job babe!

Congrats goes out again to Erinn Hardaway! She won her class & overall at the 4th Annual European Bodybuilding & Figure Championships held in Stuttgart, Germany on August 27th.

Congrats goes out to client/friend Bryan (Freak) Mycoff. After taking several years off from competing he came back to the stage at the Missouri State Championships, placing 3rd in the middle weight Masters and 4th in the open Middle Weight Class!

Team Wolfpack starts the year off with a 1st place victory. Jay Pratt wins the Super Heavy Weight Class at the 2011 NPC Northern Kentucky!

Congratulations to Team Wolfpack member, Erinn Hardaway. Serving our country and stationed in Germany, she competed in the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Kaiserslautern Bodybuilding & Figure Invitational. She placed 1st in her division and overall. Congratulations Erinn!
