Nate Wolfe

I grew up in South Haven, MI. Throughout high school the only sport I played was basketball. I liked liftig weights, but really had no routine or consistency. It wasn't until 1995, the year after I graduated high school, that I joined a local gym and began my quest to build muscle. A coupele of the members saw the potential in me to be a competitive bodybuilder and by 1997 I competed in my first show. I placed 2nd in the lightweight class and after that I was hooked. I now have competed in 15 shows and have only ONCE placed out of the Top 5. My biggest accomplishment on stage, to date, has been placing 2nd in the Welterweight Class at the 2008 NPC Jr. National's. My last show was the 2015 NPC Master's Nationals, where I came back after a 6 year layoff from the stage, placing a respective 14th Place in the Middleweight Division.  I am also a member of the United States Powerlifting Federation. Natalie and I, under the training of IL Chairman, Lance Karabel, competed at the 2011 USPF Illinois State .

I grew up in Chicago, IL. I was a "late-bloomer" on the gym scene. It wasn't until I was 25 years old that I decided to change my lifestyle. I realized the days of drinking, smoking, and staying out until 5am were wrecking havoc on my body, and so I started working out and eating healthy. I competed in 2005 & 2006 with no help from a trainer or nutritionist. 2007, Elena Seiple prepped me for my National shows. That year I also met and fell in love with Nate. I took 2008 off from the stage, not from the lifestyle. In 2009, after persuasion from Nate and his expertise, I debuted in Bodybuilding. While I had many accomplishments as a FBB from 2009-2012, I have found my home in the new Women's Physique Division, where I made my debut in May of 2014. I have competed in a total of 13 NPC shows. My biggest accomplishment, on stage, to date, has been earning my IFBB Pro Card at the 2014 NPC Jr. National's, taking 1st Place in the WPD, Class D. I have competed in the United States Powerlifting Fedration as well, totaling 903lbs in my first meet! I competed in 2 Half-Marathons(13.1 miles) during my time off from the stage in 2012 and 2013. While taking 2016 off from the stage, I finished the 2016 Chicago Marathon. 2017: Chicago Pro-16th Place, San Antonio Pro-11th Place. 2018: Toronto Pro-5th Place, Chicago Pro-4th Place.
